"The Idaho Immunization Coalition (IIC) is dedicated to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all participants regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, religion, or age. Diversity in all its forms is integral to our mission, which is to achieve and maintain full immunization protection for all Idahoans to promote health and prevent disease, disability, and death. This code of conduct outlines our expectations for IIC participant behavior as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior. All determinations of appropriate or inappropriate behavior are at the sole discretion of the IIC Executive Committee, Executive Director, or IIC- appointed event lead. Idaho Immunization Coalition events bring together professionals of various disciplines around the pro-vaccine movement. IIC lead events will focus on evidence-based immunization topics. We encourage networking, discussion, and questions. Expected Behavior We invite all those who participate in IIC-led events to help us create a safe, positive experience for everyone. The following behaviors are requested and expected from all participants: Be courteous, respectful, and considerate of fellow participants. Encourage a collaborative environment that welcomes diversity. Be mindful of your surroundings and fellow participants. Refrain from harassing, discriminatory, or derogatory speech, conduct, and materials. Obtain approval from IIC Executive Director or designee prior to distributing materials at IIC-led events. Enforcement and Reporting Participants asked to stop any behavior will be expected to comply immediately. Those who violate these rules may be required to leave the event at the sole discretion of the IIC Executive Committee, Executive Director, or IIC-appointed event designee."
